Why did the client contact us?

The client had an employee returning to work after an injury that required the ability to stand while working. They needed a quick and ergonomic solution that allowed the employee to transition between sitting and standing throughout the day without disrupting productivity. Our Ergonomic Workspace Solution

We delivered a flexible, comfortable workstation setup tailored to the employee’s needs:

• Tabletop Standing Desk Installation: Provided a high-quality standing desk converter that allows seamless adjustments between sitting and standing positions.

• Equipment Transfer & Cable Management: Carefully relocated the user’s existing monitors, peripherals, and hardware to the new setup, ensuring all connections were secure and ergonomically positioned.

• Functionality Testing: Verified all components worked properly in both sitting and standing modes, adjusting cable slack and layout to prevent strain or disconnection during transitions.

• User-Centered Review: Consulted directly with the returning employee to confirm comfort and usability, leaving room for changes or fine-tuning based on feedback.
