Recurring Support Visits

The purpose of the monthly and weekly support visits is simply a check in. We still proactively monitor your systems and reply to all of your tickets, but sometimes you just don’t think to put things into a ticket. And that’s what this is meant to fill the gap of support in. Lots of users have small issues they never feel the need to bother IT for but they still need help with. They don’t feel as bad grabbing them for help when they pop into the office for that sole purpose.
